This Award is the ultimate accolade awarded to the individual or company who has
demonstrated all-round excellence as the industry’s best of the best. Entrants for
this category can be individuals or companies and can be on-line, on-course or on
the high street but they will be expected to demonstrate excellence across all areas
of their operation. Finalists across all the other Betview Award categories will
also be automatically entered into the BOOKMAKER OF THE YEAR category.

AWARD for Recognition of Industry Contribution
Every year, Betview magazine also presents a special Betview Award to an industry
figure in recognition of their contribution to betting and gaming in the UK and
Ireland. This year the Betview Award for Recognition of Industry Contribution was
awarded posthumously to Chris O’Keeffe, Chief Executive of IBAS, The Independent
Betting Adjudication Service.
